The NewFields Project and Construction Management staff has extensive experience in project and construction management of mining and mine process facilities, for both underground and surface operations as well as non-mining projects. With extensive global experience, our team truly brings a world of practical hands on experience to any project. Our staff’s experience base varies from small civil works to large multi-billion dollar complex metals processing facilities. Our staff has performed services as seconded staff, supplementing client or EPCM personnel, as well as full-service project and construction management and construction quality assurance/quality control teams. Our project and construction management staff has also performed direct hire construction on the international stage. This background makes us a unique consultant as we have not only designed, but also built many projects in remote and logistically challenged environments.
