The Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society (SSVMS) is a professional association representing physicians in all modes of practice and specialties as well as medical students, residents, and fellows. In continuous operation since 1860, SSVMS is the oldest medical society in California and represents over 6,000 physicians in El Dorado, Sacramento and Yolo counties. The Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society is dedicated to bringing together physicians to promote the art & science of quality care and to enhance the mental health of our community.
