Since 2014, the Women’s Impact Alliance has worked to accelerate the impact of high-potential women leaders in social and environmental change all across the world. We imagine a world where the barriers to women realizing their full potential have been eliminated, and women leaders are solving the world's most pressing challenges – enabling people and the planet to thrive. Our mission is to help shape that reality by providing these women with leadership development, 1:1 coaching, and access to a supportive global community. More than 1,600 women from over 80 countries have been supported by our generous donors and global volunteer network of 220+ world-class, executive leadership coaches.
