Norwich Research Park is one of the 5 BBSRC Research and Innovation Campuses in the UK. It’s the only one in the UK with 4 research institutes, a university, and a hospital all on one single site. With strong research into grand challenges like food security and climate and a key focus on enterprise and community, the park is an ideal place for businesses to move to or collaborate with.
The Park provides flexible laboratory and office accommodation and facilities for SMEs and growing businesses. For larger companies there are build-to-suit plots for the construction of bespoke laboratory and office accommodation.
Set in a beautiful part of the country and as an established centre of research excellence, Norwich Research Park is continuing to grow by attracting new partners and innovative businesses to collaborate in the research. Both business and academia flourish in a mutually supportive environment.
Norwich Research Park is a partnership between the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, four independent world-renowned research institutes namely the John Innes Centre, Quadram Institute Bioscience and the Earlham Institute (all strategically funded by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC)) and The Sainsbury Laboratory linked to the Gatsby Charitable Foundation. The BBSRC is itself a partner as is the John Innes Foundation.
Anglia Innovation Partnership LLP is the science park management entity and manages the Park on behalf of all its Partners, working together to drive development and build a community.
