Haute Africa provides management training, consulting, and financial services to help African entrepreneurs grow their businesses, create jobs, and improve their communities. We have trained over 195 entrepreneurs and created over 300 jobs. We think differently about development Haute Africa isn’t a typical charity. We don’t hand out clothing, food, or anything else for that matter; we offer a hand up. We recognize that aid is a short term solution but ultimately does not address the root cause of poverty–lack of economic capacity. Haute Africa provides management training, consulting and financial services to small business owners in Africa. Sound strange? It shouldn’t. A person’s ability to start, lead or participate in a viable business is the degree to which she is “economically developed”. Haute Africa believes in the African entrepreneur Haute Africa invests in entrepreneurs. Not everyone is interested or capable of managing a business, so we work with existing small business owners; we prefer to strengthen strengths.
