D2XCEL (originally launched as D2SCALE) is a collaborative pan-European scaling programme aiming to support deep tech and digital ventures in Transport, Logistics, Trade, and Smart Cities. This is done by bringing together a top-tier industry network of 300+ investors, mentors public and private lead customers, and innovation hubs. Behind the programme is a strong consortium of 13 partners from all over Europe, each demonstrating diverse expertise and global influence in their field.
