The Emerson Channel is part of Media Technologies and Production. An award-winning television network under Emerson College, located in the heart of Boston. Emchan was founded in 1999 with approximately 260 students involved voluntarily as producers and crew members. 40 student employees include senior staff members and department associates. We thrive to help students delve into development, crew and cast hiring, pre-production, production in and outside the studio, and post-production. The Emerson Channel produces 12-14 studio and field shows and 80 Live Sport events covered.
