First founded in 1958 as Las Animas Wood Products, SoCo Wood & Windows carries on the rich tradition of woodworking and milling in Colorado by offering only real wood products in standard and custom designs. The current owner, Ryan Siggins, purchased Las Animas Wood Products in 2015 when it was on the verge of shutting its doors for good. Together with his wife Kerry, Ryan worked to turn the business around, renaming it Durango Wood Company, and establishing it as the premier millworks in the Four Corners area with its stunning wood products made with exceptional quality. In 2021, the Siggins expanded again by acquiring Doors & More in Pagosa Springs, CO—a door and window dealer known in the area for its unparalleled customer service and quality in-house framing shop. Together, Durango Wood Company and Doors & More are now SoCo Wood & Windows.
