Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company BSC(c) was the developer of the Bahrain Financial Harbour Masterplan which is situated between the Diplomatic Area and Seef with direct access from King Faisal Highway directly in front of Bab Al Bahrain the traditional entry point to Bahrain from the Harbour. Bahrain Financial Harbour Masterplan comprises a mixed use masterplan development over 38 hectares. The land reclamation and infrastructure was completed in 2007.
Harbour Towers - West and East along with Harbour Gate, owned by Financial Centre Development Company BSC(c) (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company BSC(c)), is the largest commercial development within the Bahrain Financial Harbour Masterplan and the largest office building in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Harbour Towers - West and East comprises two office towers over 53 floors with in excess of 100,000 sq m of grade A office space. It has a number of major occupiers including BNP Paribas; GFH Financial Group; Khaleeji Commercial Bank; AFS; Sabre Travel; Bank Al Khair; Servcorp, Alliance Business Centres; First Energy Bank; Ministry of Transport and Telecomms; Ministry of Social Development; Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Supreme Council of Health; Innovest and Naseej.
Harbour Gate comprises in excess of 25,000 sq m of commercial / retail space over 5 floors above 4 floors of parking. Harbour Gate connects both Harbour Towers - West and East with the multi-storey car parks as well as Harbour House and GB Corp building. It has a number of major occupiers including Khaleeji Commercial Bank; Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (including the Bahrain Investor Centre); Bahrain Bourse.
There are currently more than 4,300 car spaces within the Bahrain Financial Harbour Masterplan serving Harbour Towers - West and East including over 300 visitor car spaces within Harbour Gate.
Harbour Row and Villamar within the BFH Masterplan are currently under construction.
