With a focus on sustainability and excellence, our Hospitality Group has won awards from its inception The Retail Design Group offers store and fixture prototype design services, as well as roll-out services to major national retailers with multiple locations nationwide. Our Retail Design Group is consistantly selected as one of the top 50 retail design teams in the United States and has won a number of national design awards for its projects. The Corporate Design Group has completed over 15 million square feet of office space, ranging from corporate headquarters for Citibank in Doral and Best Buy district offices in Plantation, as well as real estate, medical suites and high rise tenant improvements throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. The Special Projects Group specializes in unique or unusually complex requirements such as the historic preservation and repurposing for ALDO on Collins Ave and the property condition report for the Miami-Dade County GSA at Dolphin Commerce Center.
