Wooter Africa is a non-profit organization which runs organized sports programs including leagues, clubs, teams, tournaments, and player development. Our main platform is our basketball league running in Zanzibar, Tanzania which is heading into Year 3 now and has over 32 teams. Teams travel from all parts of the country to play in Wooter Africa. As of today, all funds have been donated by Wooter Apparel to run these programs, but our goal is to get support from the local government to promote and expand our operations and grant more people to participate. We are also building a basketball facility to make it easier to run our programs and allow more kids to enjoy sports.
