YT Investor Services is a Luxembourg company authorized as "Professional of the Financial Sector" operating under the supervision of the CSSF - Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, the Luxembourg regulator of the financial sector. YT Investor Services is authorized to practice the following activities: •Administrative agent of the Financial Sector according to article 29-2 of the law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector (the “Law of 1993”); •Registrar agent as disciplined in article 25 of the Law of 1993; •Family office according to article 28-6 of the Law of 1993; •Corporate domiciliation agent according to article 28-9 of the Law of 1993; •Professional providing company incorporation and management services according to article 28-10 of the Law of 1993; •Client communication agent according to article 29-1 of the Law of 1993;
