The Policy Studies Institute (PSI) is one of Britain’s leading research centres, focusing on the areas of work, social policy and the environment. Now based at the University of Westminster, it has informed public policy since 1931 through the provision, dissemination and promotion of high quality, evidence-based research.
PSI is politically neutral and has no connection to commercial interests or pressure groups. PSI is funded by its research and consultancy for a variety of sponsors, including national and local government departments, charitable trusts, research councils, the European Commission and research-commissioning companies.
PSI also provides courses in Applied Market Research, to Master's level and through the Market Research Society's Diploma.
