Central service of the Ministry of Education which supports the definition and evaluation of educational policy and is responsible for the study, the prospective analysis and the strategic planning of the development of the educational system. GEPE is responsible, among others, for the planning of the school network and the statistics service of the Ministry is one of its most important services.
