The Hospitality Training Action Centre 75 (HTA 75) is a non-profit organization with one mission: enable Canadian hospitality workers to find great jobs in hotels and food service companies through skills training and career/employment supports. Formed in early 2020 to protect workers from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, our accessible, integrated, and responsive programming strengthens opportunities for jobseekers, employers, and workers. Together with our growing network of industry partners, we envision building a strong and resilient Hospitality Workforce for a future ready and vibrant hospitality industry. HTA 75 is funded by the Government of Canada and by the Province of Ontario. We are the training arm of UNITE HERE Local 75 (Toronto) and Local 261 (Ottawa). Our industry partners include leading hotel brands and food service companies, training facilitators and educators, employment service providers, and community agencies.
