Our Business/Program Models: HHPLift is a pioneer and award-winning, industry-recognized innovator in sourcing social impact products and services for business solutions. HHPLift’s multi-modal program provides both a global and local impact: 1. Global Impact-Distributor Model - expanding markets for our global social enterprise markets 2. Global and Local Impact-Workforce Model - utilizing social enterprise workforces, including refugee women in Chicago, as our production partners 3. Programmatic Model - through our LIFT™ Program, and in partnership with workforce development programs, we hire people from disinvested and overlooked communities in Chicago to produce our LIFT™ line of bath, spa, and personal care products, and to assemble and finish our ecoLIFT™ line of home, office, and personal accessories. Because we assert that jobs alone are insufficient to forge economic independence for an at-risk workforce, associates are cross-trained, provided educational enhancement, mentorship, leadership training and career development. 4.
