Optoplast SpA is an Italian manufacturing company specialised in the production of connectivity solutions for both copper and fibre optic systems. The company was founded in 1988 and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The legal and administrative headquarters are situated in Torino and we have two production plants: L’Aquila – fibre optic passive components, fibre optic patchcords and pre-terminated cables, splicing and termination solutions for the Data centre and Telecom sectors, accessories for fibre management, installation and testing. Mesero (Milan) – copper, fibre optic and copper/fibre hybrid patchcords and pre-terminated cables for audio/video connectivity in the Broadcasting sector. Certified assembly of Lemo, Neutrik, Canare, OCC, AFL and Fischer connectors. High IP connectivity for the Industrial sector and MIL compliant connectivity for the Military sector. The company has 52 collaborators and its sales volume by the end of 2017 was 16.7 million Euros, of which around 35% in export sales in Europe.
