What I do – I coach stressed out, overweight professionals who feel their weight prevents them from moving forward in their careers and their lives. Did you know that studies now show that excess weight in middle age has been strongly linked to dementia in later years? There is a 74% increase in the probability of dementia if someone is obese in middle age. Today is the day to make that change!
My Mission – to support those who feel that excess weight has prevented them from living a happy, successful life by helping them set an ideal weight goal and a winning strategy for achieving that goal.

Personal – As a former CPA in a large international CPA firm, I spent many years in the business environment. I understand all too well how stressful it can be, and how that stress shows up in our relationships and in our health. I found that doing too much was not the problem; the problem was that I resisted what I was doing, and that resistance is what created the stress and the weight problem. I am now at my ideal weight. I learned that dieting did NOT work. I had to change my core beliefs about myself.
Coaching Style – I hold my clients accountable to their goals in a loving, compassionate, yet firm manner. I coach in a manner that “gets under the radar” to root out core beliefs that keep you stuck.
Other Areas of coaching expertise – I coach small business clients to stay focused on building their business by building their relationships.
