One of our major specialisations is resort and real estate sales & marketing. Clients include Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. Work includes strategy, database development, bespoke software provision and marketing implementation.
For all our marketing activity for clients, we use Communication Cycle Management© (CCM) - the concept of developing a plan to ensure that the marketing to retain current business and gain new business is going on all the time. Our Behavioural Change division specialises in tailor made solutions to improve your people performance or actively correct problems - whether they relate to productivity, customer service, health, safety, or any other performance area which may be causing you concern. Over the last 12 months we have been involved in managing programmes at Siemens, SThree, Rolls Royce and many others.
