After studying changes in operation we are pleased to be able to inform you that we have very recently invested in new weld procedures and also a new Yang ML-55A CNC lathe to assist in making us a more competitive and versatile supplier to all of our customers.
Along with the 36 weld procedures ( BS EN and ASME) that we already have for the welding of alloys, ferrous and non- ferrous materials, we now have welding approval and certification for the following AWS 1.1D certification for materials of 3mm and over in S355 grade and below. The approval covers us for double V groove butt welds and single bevel welds. I trust that with our investment of new weld procedures and machinery that we are in a position to offer a service for all of your Fabrication and Machining requirements and also we can offer a full design, project management and installation service for any production lines or turn key projects for your process / production that you may require going forward.
