The United Nations Association of Chicago and its members work with foreign policy makers, political decision makers, colleges, universities, non-profit and other organizations to build knowledge, understanding, informed opinion, and new ideas on the United Nations and its specialized agencies. This chapter is in conjunction with the United Nations Association of America. (UNA-USA). Through various task forces and projects, UNA-Chicago strives to improve public awareness and participation in global issues.
