GAC Norway is the number one shipping agent in Norway. The company was formed in May 2007 when the GAC Group acquired an 80% stake in Ole R. Olsen, which had been serving vessels at the country’s ports and terminals since 1845. Through an extensive network of branch offices, we cover all Norwegian ports. Every year, GAC Norway handles about 2,800 port calls, and we are the country’s leading agency for tankers and offshore vessels. We also provide offshore support, marine equipment, ship broking of supply vessels, mooring/unmooring services and marine surveys, as well as a range of support services for the shipping community such as bunker fuel supplies, weather routing and training. GAC Norway provides professional logistics services, handling approximately 15,000 shipments per annum. Particular focus is placed on project logistics for the oil & gas sector, purchase order management and ship spares logistics.
