تأسّست شركة ودام الغذائية كشركة مساهمة عامة قطرية في عام 2003، وتُعتَبر ضمن الشركات المدرجة في بورصة قطر. تُعَدّ ودام المصدر الرئيسي للمواشي الحيّة واللحوم المبرّدة والمجمّدة المحلية والمستوردة، كما تَعمل على إدارة وتشغيل المقاصب بالدولة - أهمّها مقصب الوكرة الآلي. تَحرص ودام على تطبيق أعلى معايير الصحة والسلامة الغذائية في جميع عمليّاتها، كما تُواكب أحدث التقنيّات لتقديم أجود المنتجات لعملائها وعبر وسائل التوصيل الأسرع والأكثر أمانًا. Widam Food Company was established as a Qatari public shareholding company in 2003, and it is enlisted on the Qatar Stock Exchange. Widam is the main source for providing livestock and chilled / frozen local and imported meat , in addition to managing and operating all slaughterhouses in Qatar - the most important of which is Al Wakra automated slaughterhouse.
