Established by Maarouf Abouzaki and his wife Houda, our restaurants continue to enjoy enormous popularity by bringing the culture and tastes of Lebanon to London. We focus on offering quality Lebanese food based on authentic recipes passed down from one generation to another using only the highest quality natural ingredient which is served in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
We believe that through food, we can make experience different cultures and share the happiness with which the Lebanese normally live their lives.
From our first Maroush restaurant which we opened in 1981, we now have sixteen. These include the more formal dining venue at Maroush Gardens, live entertainment at both Maroush Vere Street and Maroush 21 Edgware Road, while at Ranoush Juice we offer freshly squeezed natural juice to accompany our food, Beirut Express and Maroush Express, the focus is on meeting our customers' need for a quick meal. More recently, we have launched Maroush Bakehouse, a new Bakery-Restaurant concept.
