NEU: NEW PLOT: The main events of a story. NEUPLOT: NEW STORYTELLING. Neuplot is a creative and production studio with offices in New York City and Bogotá. The company creates fiction and non fiction series, films, documentaries, branded entertainment and commercials. Many of these projects live at the intersection of storytelling, advertising, culture, and technology. Neuplot creates projects capable of navigating multiple regions and platforms to connect compelling content with audiences and brands. In the past the Neuplot team has created “Kid Pambelé,” a fiction TV series for RCN/MundoMax, based on the life of the infamous boxing legend. “Manifesto!”, a multiscreen series for Turner TV shot in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia. The team also produced a series of documentaries shot in Africa featuring Alicia Keys for Channel 4 UK, and Showtime. Neuplot has also produced and directed TV commercials for Post Foods, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Prestige Brands, MTV, Konami, and Macy’s, among many others. Neuplot is currently working on the development of a TV series based on the book “Polaroids,” by the controversial Colombian writer Virgina Mayer; and “Pilgrimage to CBGB’s” a feature film set in 2006 about a punk band led by a female singer and bass player on her first US tour months before the closing of the legendary club in New York City.
