When developing properties, their potential CO2 capture is assessed, as well as the installation of wind and solar energy infrastructure, which provides additional future cash flow. In addition to the acquisition of properties, the company develops cooperation projects in wind and solar energy generation projects with landowners, providing a full cycle from appraisal to building permit and project implementation.
