Merchants has opened a Philippe Chow restaurant on the Wharf in Washington DC, and is currently developing additional Philippe Chow restaurants in Nashville and Miami, both opening in 2024, in addition to a licensee location in Kuwait City. Merchants’ principals Abraham Merchant and Richard Cohn have been industry leaders in the real estate and hospitality world for over 30 years and have been honored by multiple charities across the country.
