Swiftnet Ltd is a fully licenced telecom operator, established in 1990, offering national and international fixed and mobile telephony services with a focus on business customers through our channel partners.
Running your business as a telecom channel partner has never been easier. Our team consists of highly experienced telecom professionals with extensive and diverse knowledge. For the last 25 years we have solely focused on business customers and we pride ourselves on our service level and our customer-centric approach. We provide 24/7 customer support as we understand the importance of providing your business with a service and a partnership you can rely on.
Swiftnet is connected to all major UK and International Tier1 carriers and operates a state of the art, fully redundant network, hosted in London's Telehouse, the most advanced data centre in Europe.
We offer 3 ways to work with us:
1. Reseller
Ideal for those with billing capabilities, wishing to rebrand our services and deal with customers directly. We will sell to you at wholesale rates.
2. Virtual reseller
If you wish to deal with customers directly but have no billing capabilities, we can offer you a white label solution. We will handle the billing to end users on your behalf but with your company details and logo. Costs are slightly higher than the reseller wholesale rates.
3. Agent
We provide complete service and billing solutions for partners with no end user billing capabilities. You concentrate on the sales and marketing push and we will handle all the after sales support and billing enquiries with your customers.
