Pilbrow & Partners was established by Fred Pilbrow, Tal Ben-Amar, Keb Garavito Bruhn, Sam Yousif, Gareth Wilkins and Clare Ralph. The practice is led by Fred Pilbrow, with over 25 years’ experience designing in the UK and abroad.
The partners have particular strengths in addressing complex mixed-used development and planning challenges and a track record of successfully developing proposals in sensitive heritage contexts. As well as a team of architects, the practice is strengthened by specialist resources in the areas of architectural design, parametric modelling, BIM, visualisation and model making.
Our design approach is open minded, inquisitive and enthusiastic. We do not assume we know the best solution to a given problem at the outset and we work collaboratively with our clients, fellow consultants and other project stakeholders to carefully evaluate potential alternative design approaches. We are creative and imaginative. Yet our creativity and imagination are always grounded in careful research and our conclusions are argued from logic and economy.
