The National Center for Privatization & PPP was established through the Council of Ministers Resolution 355 on 6/7/1438H corresponding to 3/4/2017 and reports directly to the Council of Economic and Developmental Affairs (CEDA).
The National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) is responsible for enabling the privatization of certain government assets and services: a priority identified as part of the Saudi Vision 2030.
We are the official Saudi representative for the full spectrum of Public Private Partnerships, developed to realize Saudi Vision 2030. We provide world-class expertise in the areas of legal, financial, advisory, marketing, project management.
