365 Facilities Management P/L (365 FM) was created as a vehicle to deliver a wider range of facility services to both existing and new clients. Originally established as a provider of primarily cleaning services to supermarkets, warehouses and other commercial and retail businesses, we soon saw an opportunity to ‘upsell’ to our customers by offering a wider range of facility maintenance services such as pressure cleaning, high cleans, landscaping, carpet cleaning, window cleaning (high & low) and many other similar trade services. 365 FM has now expanded its services to include almost all trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, handyman and fencing. 365 FM currently employs over 200 staff nationally with State and/or Regional Managers permanently based in all States and Territories. Our Senior Management Team has over 90 years’ experience in both the Cleaning and Facility Management industries. Along with this experience, our innovative approach to providing efficient and effective procedures and processes ensures 365 FM delivers a quality service each and every time. 365 FM has an excellent IT based support system, through which we can monitor, assess and implement new strategies as and when required.
