With more than two decades of experience in property development, the Group has successfully created a property project that meets the needs of different regions through quality planning, sophisticated quality control, a mature operating system and a team of experienced professionals, and successfully consolidates the [Jiayuan] brand. 截至於2017年12月31日,在中國各大城市和中心鎮的物業組合共有32個,包括24個住宅綜合體項目及8個商業綜合體項目。開發區域涵蓋了南京、揚州、泰州、宿遷、南通、鎮江、常州、蘇州等城市,開發各類型住宅物業、社區商業以及新市鎮商業綜合體等。2016年,集團首次進軍珠三角,在深圳取得兩個優質項目。2017年,集團積極響應國家《粵港澳大灣區城市群發展規劃》 ,成功進入澳門房地產市場,逐步增加集團在粵港澳大灣區的優質土地儲備。 As of December 31, 2017,there are 32 property portfolios in major cities and central towns in China, including 24 residential complex projects and 8 commercial complex projects. The development area covers cities such as Nanjing, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Suqian, Nantong, Zhenjiang, Changzhou, and Suzhou to develop various types of residential properties, community businesses, and new town commercial complexes. In 2016, the Group entered the Pearl River Delta for the first time and obtained two quality projects in Shenzhen. In 2017, the Group actively responded to the “Development Plan of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Bay Area City Cluster”, successfully entered the Macau real estate market, and gradually increased the Group’s high-quality land bank in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.
