zAntideha (pronounced sharn-tea-day) is a Sanskrit word meaning peaceful mind and body. It was formed in 2020 with the dream of creating a community of like minded people who want to learn and participate in mindfulness and yoga.
The zAntideha difference is that all sessions are live online. Our dream is to create a global community in which our members can learn together and interact with each other, so that we aren't alone on our mindfulness and yoga journeys.
