YORD (your own research done) is a platform that blends a wiki-style database with reviews sourced from the community, professionals, and leaders. Think Wikipedia x Rotten Tomatoes for web3.
YORD is the resource to discover and review all things web3. We bring order to the DYOR chaos by creating an accessible, one-stop repository for off-chain facts needed to evaluate projects and their history.
More than a guide to NFTs, marketplaces, dApps, and DAOs; YORD allows evaluation of the elusive "community" component of projects and provides new ways to participate. Users can compare Community Scores and Analyst Scores to evaluate project sentiment and value, whilst also making their own opinions heard.
Additionally, projects and founders can “claim” their profiles, which provides them with access to control, managed and customize the content. This enables them to have a single, uniform approach for distributing their off-chain factual and historical information, while also having the ability to engage with the community and professionals reviewing their project. Users will no longer have to deep dive into Twitter, Discord and complex websites/githubs to obtain basic information on a project.
We bridge web2 methods to web3, by utilizing familiar social-based review methods and scoring metrics to enable informed decision making. Our mission is to establish an essential resource for both newbies and experts.
