xWhale is a centralized virtual asset exchange built by Thousand Whales Technology (BVI) Ltd. It is currently in the process of applying for ●Virtual Asset Trading Platform (VASP) License ●Type 7 License under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) ●Type 1 License under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) xWhale was derived from Web3 trading platform "BusyWhale", which was developed and operated by a group of veteran virtual asset entrepreneurs with traditional finance backgrounds in Hong Kong, whose founders have successfully operated a number of well-known Web3 projects, including virtual asset exchanges. Relying on its experience in virtual asset trading and backed by Sina's Internet brokerage firm, Valuable Capital Group Limited(“VCGL”), the team has launched a new exchange platform "xWhale", to provide users with online virtual asset trading services through www.xwhale.com, targeting to become a licensed exchange in Hong Kong.
