uselab is a strategic-design company focused on creating unique cross- channel experiences across all touchpoints of contact with the brand. Based on user research we design products and services, friendly to people (service design). We create Customer experience. Our team consists of leaders in the field of Design Innovation, Customer and User Experience Research as well as Strategy. We have completed projects in 19 countries around the world within the last eight years. We specialize in the fields of finance, insurance, information technology and medicine. We are a part of UX Fellows.
