In November, 2023, Turnr was acquired by Ingrid, a delivery (www.ingrid.com). Ingrid helps e-commerce brands create great delivery experiences. With Turnr in the portfolio, Ingrid can handle the full customer journey from discovery to potential returns. We come from diverse backgrounds but share a common desire to fix the broken returns system.
