trabajo.dk is a new start-up focusing on connecting individuals with work experience from abroad with companies operating in a globalized world. There is an unutilized talent pool in Denmark. Our main focus is to make companies aware of this fact. Companies looking to enter a new foreign market or looking for specific competencies can successfully tap into this potential. We arrange this beneficially for both parties by offering time-dependent assignments. We match companies who are reluctant to hire new employees in the present economic conditions, but still need to develop their business, with talent. We create an opportunity for individuals with an international background, who are struggling to gain a foothold on the Danish labor market.
