Stretch.Play.Yoga

At stretch.play.yoga we provide yoga instruction for kids using our developmentally appropriate custom designed kids' yoga curriculum. This curriculum teaches social, emotional, mindful yoga techniques to promote lifelong healthy habits. We introduce kids' yoga as a playful, fun, and physical activity that develops the mind and body. The stretch.play.yoga curriculum was built from the ground up and tailored specifically for children's yoga. stretch.play.yoga's classes builds upon itself each semester providing every child with a toolbox of lifelong skills. We currently offer after-school and during school academic enrichment programs to preschool, elementary, and middle schoolers, community-building family yoga, and parent and staff yoga 101 classes in schools. stretch.play.yoga also offers personalized yoga birthday parties, girl scout workshops to earn badges, and private yoga for children with special needs. In addition we provide and host stretch.play.yoga training workshops and certificate training courses for parents, instructors, and professionals.
