This process guarantees long term industry value and resilience and allows us to integrate operational value creation in each of our field of action. somnOO works in 2 cycles: - We first operate our hotels and restaurants with a minority holding and a call option / preferred purchase right. - While maintaining our operator position, we then convert our minority holding as a majority holding. somnOO aims to become one of the top 5 European hotel owner and operator in the next years, through a continued growth in France, an increasing expansion in neighboring countries and the maintenance of a balanced portfolio (countries, segments, franchise, mino/majo).
