Our work is based on the belief that in order to improve performance, organizations must improve professional skills and communication skills, both internally and externally. Our methodology, which we teach, is a product of more than a decade of teaching and training simulation, debrief and skills. SimTeam has vast experience in establishing simulation centers in Israel and abroad, and in leading and implementing simulation-based training processes, including the development of training programs, training teams, tryouts of various training programs and processes, implementation of communication skills, and improvement of employees and managers performance.
