Regional development co-op aspiring to take sustainability and sufficiency to the next level. Driving projects implementing functional ecology based on the scientific understanding of the Systeminstitut Aqua Terra e.V. (http://www.aquaterra-berlin.de/, formerly TU Berlin) and the entrepreneurial drive of Gunter Pauli's Blue Economy (http://theblueeconomy.org/). Our drivers and specialities are: - Circular economy - hydrology and water re-use - efficient energy usage and renewable energy - sustainable, local construction materials - developing local, human-level economies away from global money dominion and exploitation - community living and community regeneration Currently we are engaging in co-housing, sustainable aquaculture and village community regeneration / renewable energy and resources concepts. Website and general language is German, but executive Mathias Hessler's English is near-perfect, for general enquiries and interest for collaboration ;)
