If we could only be able to motivate ourselves to change our behavior more effectively… We would be healthier, more fit and better organized. People would able to more easily achieve their goals – related to their job, private life or health. If we could only better manage our motivation, the world would be better. We are experts in the field of motivation and modifying behaviour. Our Tribeware platform is being constantly developed since 2003. It started as a social gaming technology (4 mln players between 2003-2010). . In 2010, it was refocused on gamification and during last two years (2016-2017) it is evolved toward support for behavioral psychology and motivation. Currently it helps more the 30.000 users daily to achieve more in the working enviroment (in call-centers, sales-networks, IT companies etc.). Recently we are working on AI supporting motivation. We are among 49 companies (from initial 680) that were selected to IBM AI XPRIZE competition Round 2.
