We create quality, diverse Software & Cloud Engineers for clients across banking, insurance, professional services, media, and more. Our partnerships add infinite value to businesses across the UK, the US, and Australia. Our inclusive hiring and assessment processes ensure we select only the highest potential individuals from a huge range of backgrounds. We teach them over 12 weeks of intensive, fully remote training. Our curriculum is centred around in-demand skills across Software and Cloud, based on client feedback. We also create bespoke courses and internal retraining programmes for existing non-tech employees, tailored to the evolving needs of the businesses we partner with. Upon completion of their training, our _nologists join our clients on placements, with ongoing professional and pastoral support from us at every step, and a view to turn permanent. Our _nologists go into a broad range of Technology Engineering roles with full technical development pathways designed by us and our clients. Our CSR partners enable us to connect with talented people from disadvantaged or non-traditional backgrounds. We work with The Prince's Trust, the National Autistic Society, Resurgo, and more to provide life-changing employment opportunities to high-potential young people.
