Working with both on site and cluster teams my passion is to work with venues to ensure the teams receive the training, development, support and recognition required for this very responsible role. The type of work I typically support venues with is: * Co-ordinator training - whether this be new starter / induction level or refresher training, my First Day to Fabulous course has it covered * New Sales Office Manager inductions - particularly key for those who have been developed and promoted from within * Bespoke 1:1 or small group training if a specific training need is highlighted within a team * Standards and 'non-negotiables' refresh / implementation within sales office teams * Sales Office Health Checks - with delivery of a simple and achievable action plan * Short term office cover positions - both Sales Office Manager or Co-ordinator positions considered for venues finding themselves in need of resource First Day to Fabulous Training course covers the following modules: * impactful enquiry management * conversion & question focussed showrounds * contracting event considerations * fantastic function sheets I love supporting sales offices achieve the best they can and focus on fun, creativity and profitability.
