Knowledge as a Service.org is a not-for-profit association in the making, for companies that are in the knowledge services business. Our mission is to help promote the existence of new Knowledge as a Service business models in which services companies are taking their specialized knowledge to the cloud, and offering it as a paid or free service offering. Knowledge as a Service offerings are typically delivered through crowd-sourced answers portals, and / or live interaction with domain knowledge experts.
