We are a strategy consultancy that strives to empower sustainable development with cross-sectoral knowledge. Our philosophy is reflected in our name “joyn-coop”: We work through joining different capabilities, cooperating with all partners and doing so with joy. To provide quality services to our clients, we apply knowledge and tools from academia, the private sector and development cooperation. In other words, our teams build “bridges of knowledge and practice“ across sectors. We work on current development challenges for a development cooperation that supports political, economic, social and environmental freedoms and opportunities. We work conceptually, developing ideas and approaches, as well as practically, shaping projects and programmes. Our guiding principle is to offer an independent external perspective. Our clients include international donor organisations, NGOs, foundations, the public sector, and socially responsible enterprises.
