Joanneum Aeronautics

We are the joanneum Aeronautics, a student association in the field of aviation. Our aspiration is to offer young aviation enthusiasts the opportunity to advance modern technologies in the aviation sector and to participate in international competitions. Practical experience is gained while working meticulously as a team in our hangar, management skills are enhanced and our team spirit is strengthened. Our members first learn drone building skills (Team Drone Tech) before dedicating themselves to model aircrafts in the Design-Build-Fly Team (DBF-Team). The AIAA Design Build Fly Contest in America is the highlight for our DBF team each year. Our two teams work and organize independently.
