innovation & imagination health + wellness inc. (i&i) is a women-led, trauma-informed mental health practice that provides therapeutic support to organizations, families, and individuals. We support Fortune 500 Companies, medium sized organizations, and social sector organizations to ensure that their executive teams, human resources policies and procedures, culture, and workplace practices support employees in achieving their full potential. We provide HR audits, educational workshops, live events, and employee counselling to create meaningful change. i& i designs mentally healthy environments that encourage professional growth that contributes to an agile, competitive, and productive workforce. Additionally, we provide trauma-informed individual one-on-one therapy to parents of children with mental health challenges. We offer group peer support sessions for parents to confidentially learn, grow, and share from other parents experiencing similar family struggles. Our team of clinicians and consultants are experienced registered mental health practitioners with a wide range of lived-experience supporting parents and families of children with anxiety, depression, behavioural disorders, ADHD, grief and bereavement, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, risky behaviour, gender identity related-distress, substance misuse and addictions.
