The Trust Registration is the first product, crucial for maintaining family legacy wishes and aiding financial institutions in meeting the SEC's Care of Obligation requirements from the January 2024 bulletin. We recently launched self-onboarding capabilities for customers via our website, a game-changer in registering, authenticating, and protecting individuals' legal estate planning documents. Our platform now offers transparency, consistency, accuracy, and immediacy of Trust information, transforming disparate data and documents into comprehensive, evidence-grade digital records admissible in court according to the CA Probate Code 1542, which set the president for 34 additional States adhering to the CA based United Trust Code (UTC).
